When a couple’s approach to wedding preparations focus on simplicity, it often spells perfection. This wedding is an example of the old adage “less is more.” With a small bridal party and one location hosting the ceremony onwards, Emma & Sam were able to ensure a smooth enjoyable day without any drama.

From the morning preparations at the Sebel Hotel in Manly, everything was styled with a touch of class: vintage jewellery, roses with muted tones, shoes in creamy pastel and a sleek dress complete with stylish lace and held with a customised hanger. Emma is the type of bride photographer’s hope for: attentive to detail before the wedding yet carefree and relaxed on the day.

Then we meet Sam. A little camera shy at first, but we managed to coax some handsome grins in the nerve-wracking 10 minutes before the bride arrived. The ceremony was set against a backdrop of the Cromer Golf Course which was host to our location photos and reception.
