If we could sum up Lara and Onno’s wedding in a couple of words it would be elegant and chic. Lara and Onno are the type of couple photographers pray will book; people who know what they want, organise with precision, and are stylish, fun and beautiful to photograph. While their engagement shoot at Watsons Bay was playful, their wedding day was classic.

It was a warm Sunday morning when we arrived at Lara’s beautiful family home in West Pennant Hills. Her morning prep was effortless; Lara was beaming when we arrived already looking like a fabulous bride in a feather robe and heels. Every detail she had chosen was elegant, pale roses, pearls, lace, pastel colours and vintage touches throughout the day.

We met Onno at the church, looking timeless with his bow tie and we managed to snap a few portraits with his groomsman before the bride arrived. Their wedding ceremony in the beautiful Neutral Bay Anglican Church and their reception was held at the historic Gunners Barracks.
