The phenomenal Belview Estate is at the foothills of the Blue Mountains where meadows famous for their fruit picking meet with rocky national parks. Like the location, this wedding struck a balance between the modern and rustic. Erin and Liam’s country wedding had it all; a palette of autumn leaves, the smell of pine needles, an afternoon of golden sunlight and crackling log fires.
Erin looked absolutely stunning in her delicate Amanda Garrett lace gown with its romantic cap sleeves and as the sun set behind the pine trees and the temperature dropped she switched to a modern look by adding a custom denim jacket. Liam and the boys looked dashing in their suits and we had a lot of fun exploring the property and playing up to the camera with an impressive collection of boy-band poses.
Their ceremony was held in a forest of towering pine trees that make up the impressive Belview Estate’s ‘Secret Circle’. Celebrant Stephen Lee had guests in stitches recounting the story of how these two first met and fell in love.
Guests were treated to drinks and canapés on the deck overlooking sunset while we took the bridal party photos. The intimate on-site dining hall was transformed by the talented Pia & Jade, with rambling flowers from elevated centrepieces a myriad of candles and greenery; earthy palettes of merlot, dusty browns, rich reds and neutral ivory and taupe. The speeches were moving, and the first dance was to guitar and vocals provided by one of the guests.

Thank you to the amazingly talented Hilary and Nicola for capturing every precious part of our wedding day. Absolutely everyone is madly in love with our photos. Hilary and Nic perfectly captured every intimate moment between Liam and me, moments of love and joy shared by our family and friends and of course, every hilarious dance floor move. They made our photo shoots effortless and playful. When we took our stunning box full of photos home with us and started to look through each image, we couldn’t help but shed some happy tears. We will treasure these photos for a lifetime and we hope to one-day share and pass them onto our children. Not only are Hilary and Nic incredibly talented photographers, but they are two of the most generous, caring, and warm people to spend time with. In the midst of overwhelming and often stressful wedding planning, I found myself looking forward to our next catch up with Hilary and Nicola. Their enthusiasm is contagious and we consistently left their home with massive, silly grins on our faces and new ideas for our wedding day. We have such fond memories of chatting about our wedding plans whilst eating the most delicious cheese and visiting our two favourite greyhounds. To say Hilary and Nic went above and beyond for us would be an understatement. They dedicated so much time genuinely getting to know us and by the time our wedding day came around, it felt like we had two new beautiful friends taking photos and sharing in our celebration. Thank you to you both for making us feeling so special.
