This isn’t your average engagement shoot—no awkward poses in the local park. Think dramatic landscapes, cinematic sunsets, and a private getaway that’s romantic, dramatic, perhaps even a little over the top – but in the best possible way.

Imagine escaping the city and heading somewhere breathtaking: maybe a mountaintop with sweeping views, a hidden beach cove, or a misty forest trail. Our 2.5-hour Adventure Session (available Monday–Thursday) gives you time to explore, relax, and soak in the scenery together while we document it all. It’s engagement photography meets adventure: less posed portraits, more wandering hand-in-hand and embracing whatever magic unfolds.
We’ve handpicked epic countryside locations (within ~2 hours of Sydney CBD) that have all passed our “awesome test” – meaning they offer wildly different experiences and scenery you just can’t find in the city. Think dramatic cliffs overlooking the ocean, golden fields under open skies, or historic houses with manicured gardens and formal estates. You can bring two outfits for this journey: perhaps start casual (comfy boots, jeans, a flowy dress) as you hike a trail or stroll through a field, then switch to an elevated, editorial look (like a sleek gown or sharp suit) for an editorial engagement shoot vibe in the wild. The contrast makes for a stunning gallery of images that blend adventure and elegance.
Don’t worry about a thing – we schedule these shoots during the golden hour before sunset so you get that dreamy, soft light (and maybe an epic sunset finale). If trekking up a lookout or wading into gentle waves sounds like fun, we’re all for it (we’ve even gone knee-deep in water to get the shot!). And if the weather isn’t cooperating, no stress – we’ll happily reschedule to make sure your adventure happens under the best skies possible.

Location: “Choose your own adventure” anywhere up to ~2 hours from Sydney (think Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands, Central Coast… we love exploring new spots)
Photos: ~150 high-resolution images, lovingly edited in our signature style (delivered via an online gallery for easy sharing)
