Their celebration unfolded across three beautiful locations. Sameer got ready at the ivy-covered Links House Hotel in Bowral, while Apoorva spent the morning with her closest people at Bowral Escape in Burradoo, surrounded by gardens, laughter, and that quiet, excited energy before everything begins.

The day started with a Baraat, the groom’s procession, and it was full of energy. Sameer made his way down the estate’s long driveway to the rhythm of dhol drums, surrounded by dancing guests. It was one of those unforgettable moments that sets the mood for everything that follows. Inside The Stables, the ceremony space was bathed in light and covered in flowers, framed by the barn’s soaring timber beams.

The Hindu ceremony was full of meaning, tradition, and emotion. From the Jaimala, where they exchanged flower garlands, to the Saptapadi, where they took seven steps around the sacred fire, each moment felt deeply personal. You could see it in the way they looked at each other between the mantras, quietly smiling, grounding each ritual in their own connection. The space felt intimate. Family gathered close, the scent of incense hung in the air, and flower petals lay scattered across the floor.

After the ceremony, the two of them wandered into the nearby pine forests and across Bendooley’s wide paddocks for portraits. The setting felt calm and open, a peaceful contrast to the joyful buzz of earlier. As the sun set behind the hills, the barn was transformed for dinner and dancing. Long tables glowed under candlelight, heartfelt speeches filled the room, and eventually the night gave way to a packed dance floor that kept everyone moving for hours.

From colorful rituals to golden-hour portraits, the day was more than a celebration of love. It was a tribute to family, culture, and the pure joy of being surrounded by the people who matter most.
